Shipping and Delivery
This Platform(www.polivuorganics.com) is owned by Mudra Traders (hereinafter referred to as “Polivu Organics”).
Reputable logistics companies pack and send customer orders from our distribution centers. As soon as we receive your order, we will begin processing it immediately.
Domestic Shipping Orders:- There is a one-business-day turnaround time for all domestic orders (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
For International Orders: If the total of your international order is Rs.5,000 or more, we’ll cover the shipping costs. Shipping is a flat rate of Rs.500 for all orders under INR 5,000.
The logistics provider will discuss any additional fees, such as those for customs clearance and handling, with the customer before the shipment is delivered. The policies regarding Customs and Handling Fees are detailed below.
Your package may be charged additional fees and taxes when it reaches its final destination, such as a customs duty charge, import duty, or other government taxes.
The Customs Duty Charge, Import Duty, or other appropriate government taxes are subject to change, so it’s important to double-check the estimated amounts on the official government websites.
The consumer is responsible for paying these costs. In no event will they be compensated by Polivu Organics.
These costs are not included in the shipping costs shown for the order total.
When processing a refund, the company reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost and any applicable return duties from the customer’s original order total if the purchaser refuses to pay these fees after the shipment has arrived in the destination country.
Monday through Saturday, order consignments will all be made around 10 AM and 6 PM. Besides official holidays.
When packages are delivered, a signature is required. Please have someone else (a relative, coworker, neighbour, etc.) sign for your package if you won’t be home to do so. Polivu Organics, however, disclaims any liability for products signed by a third party.
